I get up early every morning - no matter what my day has in store for me. If I sleep much past 7:30 I feel like I have wasted my day. I want to get up & live.
First thing I do when I get out of bed is put my shoes on & walk two miles. My driveway is a tenth of a mile long so I go up & down it ten times.

Days that I don't get up & walk I feel tired all day. I take my phone - it is a walkman phone - attatch my headphones & just enjoy music & walk. Of course right now with this heat we have in Oklahoma it is hard to push myself to go out there some days!
